Brokers who sponsor sales agents, designated brokers of a business entity that sponsor sales agents, and any license holder who supervises one or more other license holders (for 3 months or more during the supervisor’s current license period), must complete this 6-hour course.

We’ll talk about why we need an abundance of documents and why you should use them consistently. This class will cover common mistakes in the One to Four Family Residential Contract and cover what documents can help keep you out of trouble.

This 2-hour contract class focuses on the One to Four Family Contract and the mistakes that can happen when completing it. We will cover what goes in the blanks and what doesn’t. We will talk about unauthorized practice of law and discuss what to put in special provisions. More importantly, what does not go in special provisions. Also covered is paragraph 21 and the importance of clients information in the blanks.
