This 2-hour contract class focuses on the One to Four Family Contract and the mistakes that can happen when completing it. We will cover what goes in the blanks and what doesn’t. We will talk about unauthorized practice of law and discuss what to put in special provisions. More importantly, what does not go in special provisions. Also covered is paragraph 21 and the importance of clients information in the blanks.

This course will provide insight into the most commonly used TREC and Texas REALTORS forms. We’ll go over an overview of what forms should be used and when as well as what can go in the blanks. We’ll cover any recent updates or new forms.
